A little late, but this single from Bridge is the best I’ve heard from him yet. He goes in over some grunge industrial synth and vocalizes all the perks to finally being a recognized artist. For most artists the top is defined as fat paychecks, fat blunts, and fatter asses. It’s been a long time coming, but it sounds like 2014 is going to be Bridge’s year. Stay tuned for his project Creatures Of Habit Part II dropping later this month.

I introduced y’all to Bridge last week when I stumbled upon Cruel Intentions, and if you were feeling his modern R&B vibe than you’ll definitely be feeling this new release titled after his birthday ‘September 8th’. Although the beat is slow and dark, his lyricism is full of life experiences and influences on his music, a topic that very few artists cover. Great production from DPAT, and another well worded & well delivered track from Bridge.
This is the first time Bridge has been on UH, but after hearing him sing I can’t believe we slept on him for so long. His modern sound encompasses a whole field of emotions and provides a refreshing R&B style that’s unlike any other in the game right now. Bridge also has a tendency to work with the best of producers, molding his sound into this ambient mellow stage for his lyrics to tear into. Up and coming singers don’t get much better than this, enjoy the free tracks on his soundcloud and stay tuned for his next project ‘Creature Of Habit II’.
